BYE, Circuit Judge.

Six former National Football League (“NFL”) players (“Appellants”) appeal the district court’s approval of the class-action settlement between nearly 25,000 class members and the NFL. The negotiated settlement agreement resolves the litigation surrounding the NFL’s use of former NFL players’ likenesses and identities.
