This is an appeal from a judgment of the county court of Montgomery county against the property of appellant for $142 on account of road and bridge tax in Bois D’Arc township and for $1-15.59 *or district road tax in district No. 2 in North Litchfield township, in said county.

The appellant objected to the road and bridge tax of Bois D’Arc township in excess of twenty-five cents on the $100 valuation. That township is under the labor system.
