Margaret Burdette sued her husband, J. A. Burdette, in domestic relations court of Cabell county, in the year 1928, for a divorce from bed and board, for alimony, and for a division of property accumulated by their joint efforts. Upon answer and evidence that court decreed her a divorce a mensa and permanent alimony of $85 per month, but did not decree concerning the estate of the parties, and dismissed the cause from the docket.
