—In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Schmidt, J.), dated June 26, 2000, as granted the motion of the defendants Yong Ki Kim and Gi Sum Kim for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them, and denied their cross motion for leave to file a supplemental bill of particulars, and the defendant Kings Delights, Inc., cross-appeals, as limited by its brief, from so much of the same order as denied its motion for summary judgment…
