Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County (Pecora, J.), rendered November 13, 1981, convicting defendant of burglary in the third degree, criminal possession of stolen property in the first degree and in the second degree and possession of burglar’s tools, and imposing sentence thereon, held in abeyance and the matter remanded for hearing for the purpose of determining whether defendant knowingly and intelligently waived his right to counsel. 11 Defendant was indicted for various crimes.
