In this consolidated appeal, we are called upon to address a contract dispute between parties at the summary judgment level. Here, the contract is a real estate purchase agreement between sophisticated business entities — Appellants-Defendants Metro Holdings One LLC (“Metro Holdings”); Exproman, Inc. f/k/a Exxcel Project Management (“Expro-man”) (collectively, “Metro”); and Quaker Sales & Distribution, Inc.
