Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: On July 18, 1977 petitioner was released on parole from an indeterminate sentence having a maximum of 12 years. On January 11, 1978 he was arrested for the crime of robbery. A notice of parole violation was issued to him on February 16, 1978 and a preliminary parole revocation hearing, which petitioner refused to attend, was held on March 16, 1978. The hearing officer found that there was probable cause to believe that petitioner had violated his parole.
