— Order unanimously reversed on the law without costs, petition reinstated and matter remitted to Monroe County Family Court for further proceedings, in accordance with the following Memorandum: The Hearing Officer improperly dismissed the petition of the Department of Social Services seeking support from respondent for her 18-year-old daughter who was receiving public assistance.
