DECISION
The matter is before the Court for a decision on the issue of whether Defendant, Edwin Marrero, (hereinafter "Defendant") is competent to stand trial on the charges against him.
BACKGROUND AND TRAVEL
Defendant was arrested on July 30, 2006 and charged with first degree child molestation pursuant to G.L. 1956 § 11-37-8.1. He was held without bail at his initial presentment.
