This is an appeal by claimant, only daughter of decedent, from a denial of her claim for services for care of her mother during the last months of her life. There was substantial evidence of services rendered and from which the value of the services could have been determined. The case turned • on the presumption the services rendered decedent, claimant’s mother, were gratuitous. The trial court held the presumption had not been overcome and on that basis denied the claim.
