This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Common Pleas Court in favor of the plaintiff, appellee herein, in an action brought by it to quiet the title to land located in the city of St. Marys, Ohio.

To plaintiff’s petition the city of St. Marys, the only party appealing, filed an answer and cross-petition.
