MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

LEE, District Judge.

THIS MATTER is before the Court for disposition on the merits of Plaintiffs breach of contract claim against the Defendant insurance company. Two insurance policies are at issue in this matter: (1) a group mortgage life insurance policy, and (2) a mortgage accidental death insurance policy. This matter involves Plaintiffs persistent attempts to recover under these two policies by showing proof of death that her husband, the insured, was gunned down in a coffee shop in Mogadishu, Somalia.
