“This suit was instituted by appellant, Norwich Union Indemnity Company against Mrs. Homer Smith and her two minor daughters to set aside an award of compensation which had been made to them by the Industrial Accident Board on account of the death of Homer Smith, the husband of Mrs. Smith and father of her two minor daughters.
