MEMORANDUM OPINION

Antywine Turell Oliphant appeals his conviction for evading arrest. In three issues, Appellant argues that the evidence is legally and factually insufficient to support his conviction, and that the trial court erred by failing to submit to the jury his request for an application paragraph in the court's charge.
