This is a proceeding by certiorari to quash the opinion of the Kansas City Court of Appeals in the case of Sophia Rainey, Administratrix of the estate of Louis Rainey v. Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, 58 S.W.2d 790, for the stated reason that the opinion of the appellate court is in conflict with controlling decisions of this court.
