Stuart Berkowitz appeals from the trial court’s order granting final summary judgment in favor of Delaire Country Club, Inc. (the “Club”). Mr. Berkowitz, a Club member, proposed 17 amendments to the Club’s articles of incorporation and requested that the Club mail a 52-page packet to all Club members. The packet contained Mr. Berkowitz’s proposed amendments, commentary, photographs, graphs, draft ballot language, and arguments.
