This is an appeal by the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Bailroad Company, from a judgment of the Appellate Court for the Second District, affirming a judgment of the Henderson circuit court for $3041.66, which Mary J. Bell, as administratrix of the estate of Alexander Bell, lately recovered against the company, in an action on the case, for wrongfully and negligently causing the death of the said Alexander Bell.
