8224 Application for writ of error dismissed by Supreme Court. On the 30th day of April, 1906, the appellee instituted this suit against the appellant in the form of an action of trespass to try title to recover about 2 1/2 acres of land, a part of the Dyer Nuner survey, situated in Johnson county, Tex. We think, however, that it is a boundary case involving the true location of the division line running north and south between the plaintiff's land on the west and the defendant's land on the east.
