*359In an action for a divorce and ancillary relief, the defendant husband appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Bivona, J.), dated July 23, 2003, as denied that branch of his motion which was to compel the plaintiff wife to respond to interrogatories and as granted those branches of the plaintiff wife’s cross motion which were to preclude him from offering evidence at trial regarding financial issues and to impose a sanction pursuant to CPLR 3126.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
