This suit was filed by the appellees, L. J. Vogel and wife, Bertha Vogel, against the appellant, Walter Irvin, Inc., dealer in Ford automobiles at Amarillo, for damages alleged to have been sustained in a collision between appellees’ automobile driven by Mrs. Vogel and one driven and owned by Guy Byrd, commission salesman for the appellant, alleged to have been the agent and servant of Walter Irvin, Inc., within the scope of his employment and in the furtherance of the appellant’s business.
