Affirming.

In August, 1912, tlie appellant brought this suit in the Jefferson Circuit Court- against the appellees on a *261judgment rendered in Ms favor against them in the State of Indiana in March, 1894. A demurrer to the petition was filed in October, 1912, and sustained.
