Tyler v. Haughton

GUIDRY, Judge.

For the reasons assigned in the companion case of Bethel Apartments, Inc. v. Reverend G.W. Tyler, 422 So.2d 1312 (La.App. 3rd Cir.1982), our docket number 82-166, the judgment of the district court is affirmed.

Costs on appeal are assessed against defendant-appellant, Reverend G.R. Haugh-ton.

AFFIRMED.
