Claimant, Jerald A. Fernacz, appeals from the denial of benefits by the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) pursuant to provisions of Sections 402(b) and 401(f) of the Pennsylvania Unemployment Compensation Law (Law).1 The Board also assessed a non-fault overpayment against Claimant pursuant to Section 80.4(b) of the Law.2 Claimant challenges the Boards determination that Claimant voluntarily quit full-time employment without good cause. The Boards decision is affirmed.
