Reversing.
The appellant, Raymond Posey, was indicted and tried in the Boyd circuit court, for the offense of unlawfully transporting whiskey. Pie was found guilty by the verdict of the jury, and was so adjudged by the court, and his punishment fixed at a fine of one hundred and fifty dollars and imprisonment for the period of forty days in the county jail.
