This suit was instituted in the District Court of Gregg County by plaintiffs in error, Della Fowler and others, who will be called plaintiffs, against Le Roy Roden and others, who will be called defendants. The main purpose of the suit was to set aside a judgment entered in the District Court of Gregg County on June 20, 1931, in a cause styled Le Roy Roden v. Della Fowler et al.
