Sturgis, J..In the course of a search of the premises occupied by the respondent, State and Federal officers found and seized twenty-two quarts of Scotch whiskey. At the trial below, upon a complaint charging illegal possession of intoxicating liquors under R. S., Chap. 127, Sec. 27, as amended, the presiding Judge instructed the jury fully and correctly that the State must prove that the respondent is guilty of the offense charged beyond a reasonable doubt.
