The plaintiff in error was convicted on a charge of unlawfully having in his possession intoxicating liquor with intent to sell the same, arid his punishment fixed at a fine, of fifty dollars and confinement in the county jail for 30 days. This appeal is from the judgment rendered in pursuance of the verdict. An examination of the record discloses that the defendant was prosecuted with unusual severity and that nearly every objection to incompetent evidence made by counsel for the defendant was overruled.
