This is an appeal from the district court of Okmulgee county by A. R. Reed, as ancillary administrator, plaintiff in error, against Zerleasie Loman Carter, Sadie Loman Roseborough, L. E. Stewart, and E. W. Thomson, guardian of Charles Loman, Jr., 'a minor, defendants in error.
