THOMAS, Judge.
Darrell Lawshe was employed as a foreman for Fluor Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a Fluor Signature Services (“Fluor”). On November 4, 2006, Lawshe and his crew were loading a piece of metal shaped like a “T” (“the T-bar”) onto the roof rack on a pickup truck. As the men were lifting one end of the T-bar from the ground, Lawshe became concerned that the other end of the T-bar might hit the window of the cab of the pickup truck. Lawshe crawled into the bed of the pickup truck and, using his shoulder, helped to guide and lift the T-bar onto the roof rack. At one point, according to…
