Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Ulster County (Mizel, J.), entered December 21, 2005, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 3, to adjudicate respondent a juvenile delinquent.
Following a fact-finding hearing, Family Court concluded that the evidence established beyond a reasonable doubt that respondent had engaged in conduct which, if committed by an adult, would constitute the felony of sexual abuse in the first degree.
