—Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him upon his plea of guilty of robbery in the second degree (Penal Law § 160.10). Though only 16 years old at the time of the crime, defendant was sentenced as an adult to a determinate term of imprisonment of nine years.
