Kenna, Judge:
On the 5th day of December, 1934, in a proceeding on appeal under Code, 41-5-7, from an order of the County Court of Summers County probating the will of Peter Cales, the Circuit Court of that county entered its order probating a certain paper dated January 2, 1925, as and for the last will and testament of Peter Cales. To that order, Melissa Wilson and others, the children by his first marriage, heirs-at-law and distributees of Peter Cales, prosecute this writ of error.
The will in question reads as follows:
