This is the second appearance of this suit on a note before this court (see Wall v. Citizens & Southern Bank, 145 Ga. App. 76 (243 SE2d 271)).
Since the last appeal this case has returned to the trial court where at the close of all the evidence the trial court directed a verdict in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendant on January 29, 1979. But no judgment followed as to the directed verdict. Defendant filed his motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or for a new trial on March 1, 1979. This motion was denied on July 9,1979.
