This matter comes before the court on plaintiffs’ motion for an order of summary judgment directing the defendant municipality *482to undertake a revaluation and on the cross-motion of defendants Monroe Township and the Mayor, Council and Tax Assessor of Monroe (collectively, “Monroe Township”) for an order of summary judgment dismissing the complaint as to those defendants.
