ANDERSON, Circuit Judge.
The appellees are the trustees in bankruptcy of the Massachusetts Motors, Inc., adjudicated a bankrupt on September 11, 1920, on an involuntary petition filed August 28, 1920. In their suit to recover for unlawful preferences, there was a decree against the Finance Corporation to the amount of $28,749.05. The bankrupt was a dealer in automobiles, with its principal place of business in Boston, and with branches in other cities in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island.
