MEMORANDUM ORDER

MARTEN, District Judge.

Plaintiff Patsy G. Hinton has applied for Social Security disability and supplemental security income benefits. In her application, she stated she became disabled on January 5, 1990 as the result of asthma. Her applications were denied initially and on reconsideration. On August 13, 1993, an administrative law judge (ALJ) found that Hinton was disabled and entitled to benefits from January 5, 1990 to February 28, 1993, but was not disabled thereafter.
