¶ 1. When Brian Goodson was originally sentenced to prison, the court told him that if his extended supervision or probation was ever revoked, he would get the maximum sentence. Goodson's extended supervision was revoked. As promised, the court gave Goodson the maximum. By prejudging Goodson's reconfinement sentence, the court was objec tively biased. Therefore, Goodson is entitled to a new reconfinement sentence hearing.
