The defendants are the owners of certain land fronting on President Avenue, in the said City of Lancaster, there being on the western side of the said avenue 444 feet 3 inches and along the eastern side thereof 484 feet 3 inches. Included in the said measurements is a certain street, 66 feet wide, on each side, which is laid out on the city plan of the said City of Lancaster, but is not yet opened.
