In an action for a declaratory judgment, injunctive relief and damages, plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, *709Nassau County, entered July 28, 1972, in favor of defendants, after a non jury trial. Judgment affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Martuscello, Acting P.
