Lamondes Williams, appellant, was convicted by the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, sitting non-jury, on three counts of failure to return a rental vehicle, in violation of Maryland Code (2002 Repl.Vol.), § 7-205 of the Criminal Law Article (“C.L.”). The court sentenced appellant to a total of three years imprisonment, all suspended, in favor of five years supervised probation. The court also ordered restitution in the amount of $20,592.
