Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the Commissioner of the New York State Department of Social Services, dated October 15, 1984, which, after a fair hearing, affirmed the determination of the Commissioner of the Suffolk County Department of Social Services which authorized the county to recover interim assistance from the petitioner’s award of retroactive Social Security Income benefits.
Adjudged that the determination is confirmed, and the petition is dismissed on the merits, without costs or disbursements.
