Plaintiff Unicure, Inc. (“Unicure”) commenced this action to recover damages for certain commercial torts allegedly committed by defendants Thurman, Atlas Sewing Centers, Ltd. (“Atlas”), Jezebel, Ltd. (“Jezebel”), Nelson and Trafalgar Industries of Canada, Ltd. (“Trafalgar”). Thurman is a former director and the former President of Unicure and is also an officer and the sole shareholder of Atlas.
