In this accounting proceeding the administratrix was appointed on the designation of decedent’s mother and the two adult out-of-wedlock children, all of whom are domiciled in Puerto Rico. In the present proceeding she has caused a citation to issue to these two children and a third out-of-wedlock child of the decedent to show cause “why they should not be barred from any distributive share of the estate”.
