— This suit was brought by William Maxwell and others, the adult children of Eancy Tasker, for injuries alleged to have been received by said Eancy Taster, occasioned by the negligence of the defendant company. It is alleged in plaintiff’s petition that, subsequent to receiving said injuries, the said Eancy Tasker died "of other causes and not as a result of said injuries so received.” This suit was brought under Art. 3353a of the Bevised Statutes, which provides that causes of action for personal injuries other than resulting in the death of the injured shall not *83ab…
