Mrs. Edna M. Underwood recovered a verdict for $1933.33 against Cromer & Thornton Inc. and Ralph Coleman. Plaintiffs in error recite in their brief that “the general grounds are abandoned, and the only issues before the court are the assign ments of error as contained in the amended motion for new trial.” There is no merit in the motion for damages on the ground that the present appeal was for the purpose of delay only.
