NORDBYE, Chief Judge.
An award was made by the majority of the arbitrators in an arbitration proceeding under the provisions of the Railway Labor Act, 45 U.S.C.A. § 151 et seq., between the Duluth, Missabe and Iron Range Railway Company and the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen. The Arbitration Board consisted of three members: a representative of the Railroad, R. E. Hastings; a representative of the Brotherhood, G. D. Houser; and a third arbitrator, Judge Charles Loring, former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Minnesota. The latter was Chairman of the Board. The Board was required to…
