(dissenting). It is not often that the members of this court are not in entire agreement in their opinion as to the result of cases brought here on appeal. However, I do not find myself in agreement Avith the conclusions reached by my colleagues in the above case. This is a small case and one that would not under1 ordinary circumstances demand the writing of a dissenting opinion, but when I am reminded by the record that the defendant is a young boy only 19 years of age at the time of his trial, and that this decision sends him to a felon’s cell and takes from him not only his…
