This holdover proceeding commenced by a prime tenant Sirley Bedikoglu Bishar (hereinafter referred to as Bishar) against her subtenants Mr. and Mrs. William Dukas (hereinafter referred to in the singular as Dukas) presents a novel issue in what is becoming a line of first impression cases resulting from the well-intentioned but somewhat vague Loft Law of *6531982.
