INTRODUCTION

The original plaintiffs in this action, Richard and Deana Kay, brought the original lawsuit in December, 2007, alleging negligence against original defendants Lamar Advertising of South Dakota, Inc. (“Lamar”) and Cody Burton, and seeking damages for injuries arising from a motor vehicle collision. Docket No. 1.
