Gardner of Cleveland, Ohio, was appointed as Trustee in Bankruptcy; and Joan Hose, his wife, also of Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, was adjudicated a bankrupt on the same day, and Marvin L. Gardner of Cleveland, Ohio, was appointed her Trustee in Bankruptcy.
